Outside Sales / Social Media / Marketing Representative

DryWorx Restoration, a leading water damage restoration company, is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Outside B2B Sales / Social Media / Marketing Representative to join our team. In this hybrid role, you will be responsible for driving new business through outside sales efforts while also managing and growing our social media presence to boost brand awareness. You will play a key part in expanding our reach both in-person and online, ultimately contributing to the success and growth of DryWorx Restoration.

Sales & Business Development
  • Generate new business opportunities through outside sales activities, networking, and referrals in the water damage restoration industry.
  • Engage with homeowners, property managers, and commercial clients to explain DryWorx’s services and secure contracts.
  • Build and maintain relationships with current and prospective clients to encourage repeat business.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and consistently work towards revenue goals.
  • Manage DryWorx Restoration’s presence on key social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Google My Business, etc.).
  • Create and curate compelling content (posts, images, videos, client testimonials) that highlights the company’s services and success stories.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to design and execute promotional campaigns, seasonal offers, and community engagement initiatives.
  • Monitor social media engagement metrics and adjust strategies to improve performance.
  • Stay current with digital marketing trends and water damage restoration industry news to ensure DryWorx remains a top choice for customers.
  • Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure alignment in strategy and messaging.

  • Proven experience in sales, marketing, or a related field, preferably in the home services or restoration industry.

Reconstruction Project Manager

DryWorx Restoration is seeking a highly organized and experienced Reconstruction Project Manager to join our team. In this critical role, you will be responsible for overseeing the reconstruction of properties affected by water damage, ensuring that each project is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality. As a Reconstruction Project Manager, you will work closely with clients, contractors, and internal teams to deliver successful outcomes that meet or exceed expectations.

Project Management
  • Lead and manage all phases of the reconstruction process, from initial assessment and estimate through to final project completion.
  • Oversee multiple reconstruction projects simultaneously, ensuring each is completed on schedule and within the approved budget.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure the timely delivery of materials and services.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and progress reports to keep all parties informed of project status.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear and effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Manage client expectations, addressing concerns and resolving issues in a professional and timely manner.
  • Provide regular updates to clients regarding project milestones, budget, and timeline adjustments.
  • Ensure all reconstruction work is completed in compliance with local building codes, industry standards, and DryWorx Restoration’s quality requirements.
  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor work progress, ensuring safety and quality standards are upheld at all times.
  • Review work completed by subcontractors to ensure quality, accuracy, and adherence to project specifications.
  • Work closely with the DryWorx team, including sales, restoration technicians, and administrative staff, to ensure smooth project coordination.
  • Lead and mentor on-site crews and subcontractors, ensuring optimal performance and teamwork.
  • Proactively identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to address them.
  • Address issues or delays promptly to minimize project disruptions.
  • Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager, Reconstruction Project Manager, or similar role in the restoration or construction industry.
  • Strong understanding of construction processes, safety regulations, and local building codes.
  • Experience with estimating, budgeting, and project scheduling software.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple projects at once.
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage teams of subcontractors and laborers.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and vendors.
  • Knowledge of water damage restoration processes is a plus.
  • Ability to problem-solve and think critically under pressure.
  • Base Salary: $70k-$100k

Lead Water Damage Technician

As a Lead Water Damage Technician at DryWorx, you will play a vital role in our operations. Your responsibilities will include leading crews to complete work tasks, inspecting water damage, setting up equipment, removing unsalvageable materials, and working closely with clients to guide them through the restoration process.

Qualifications And Experience
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in water damage restoration.
  • Strong selling and operational skills.
  • A positive attitude and strong work ethic.
  • Preferred: 2 years of experience in water damage restoration.
  • Standard working hours: 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday to Friday.
  • Rotating on-call weekends.
  • Work environment: primarily in the field, within the Vancouver and Portland Metro area.
  • Salary range: $50,000 – $90,000, depending on experience.
